ANTHONY PHONE (303) 353-2212 DEPUTY EXT. 57 VAV ` COLORADO GREELEY, 6O631 January 25 , 1973 The Honorable Board of County Commissioners Weld County Courthouse Greeley, Colo. 80631 Gentlemen: In reference to a letter from James H. Shelton to the Board of County Commissioners, January 10 , 1973, in the matter of Ray E. Olin and Shirley A. Olin, Route 1 Box 221, Platteville, Colo. , an assessment on improvements only, was sold for general taxes December 15, 1953 . The amount to redeem is $761.43. Through due process , the County Treasurer issued a Treasurer' s Deed to the county, October 19 , 1972. The County Assessor informs me that the improvements that were assessed no longer exist with the exception of a shack which is valued at $50. In my opinion, it would seem practical and in the best interest of the county to sell to Mr. and Mrs. Olin all existing assessed improvements for the equilvalent of the assessed value, in whatever manner the County Attorney deems practical. Not to include sprinkler system. Sincerely, Francis M. Loustalet Treas. of Weld County FML/rc ccs : Weld County Commissioners Mr. Samuel Telep Mr. James H. Shelton Hello
