Commission (PC) and a subsequent hearing will be held with
the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Both hearings
will be held in the Hearing Room, Weld County Administration
Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado. Please note the
hearing dates and times listed on the other side of this card for
the proposed project. The Agenda will be posted one week
prior to the hearing. The hearings will also be live -streamed at
https://www.weldgov.comidepartments/commissioners/
If you would like more information regarding this proposal and the conditions that must
be met, the file is public information and is available for review at our office. You may

Hach ofthe parties conveys to the other such interest in the leases, lands and wells as may
be necessary to effectuate the purposes of this Stipulation of Interest to clarify that the
rights conveyed in the 1997 Assignment did not include rights below the base of the ill Sand
formation as to the wells in Hxhibit A to this Stipulation. In addition, if either party
determines after the date of this Stipulation of Interest that the 1997 Assignment
inadvertently included rights to a formation above the base of the J Sand formation in which
the working interest of I IS at the time of the 1997 Assignment in such formation was
greater than a I% working interest, SOCC Wattenberg agrees to reassign to I IS all rights to
that formation.
