A public hearing was conducted on March 16, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

Commissioner Lori Saine

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated February 10, 2022, and duly published
February 12, 2022, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Enders Land Company, LLC, do Overland Solar, LLC, for a Site Specific Development
Plan and Use by Special Review Permit, USR21-0023, for a Solar Energy Facility in the
A (Agricultural) Zone District. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
Angela Snyder, Department of Planning Services, stated a request for continuance was
received due to unforeseen circumstances, and staff recommends continuing to March 30, 2022.
El No public testimony was offered concerning continuance of this matter.
Commissioner Moreno moved to continue the request of Enders Land Company, LLC,
do Overland Solar, LLC, for a Site Specific Development Plan and Use by Special Review Permit,
USR21-0023, for a Solar Energy Facility in the A (Agricultural) Zone District, to March 30, 2022,
at 10:00 a.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Saine, and it carried unanimously.
There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:02 a.m.
