We received the attached Option Letter and e-mail below from the state regarding the County Incentives Program. We
first entered into this contract in 2020, it is known to the Board as Tyler ID: 2020-2389. Last year, year we entered into
Amendment #1 to extend the term dates, increase the contract maximum amount, modify the scope of work, and add
Exhibit D. This Amendment #1 is known to the Board as Tyler ID: 2021-2198.
This year, we have received an Option Letter to extend the term dates to June 30, 2023 and increase the maximum
amount another $275,695.31, bringing the total amount to $827,085.93. This Option Letter does not require a county
signature and will be in effect as of July 1, 2022.
