Dear Mr. MacRavey:
As required by OMB Circular, A-95, please find enclosed OEO
Form 394 on a refunding application for our supplemental funding app-
lication for July 1, 1974. Some explanation for this application may
be in order.
Colorado Rural Legal Services was directed by the Office of
Economic Opportunity, Office of Legal Services, Washington, D. C. to
move its administrative offices from Boulder, Colorado to Denver, Colo-
rado. At the time of this directive, Colorado Rural Legal Services had
a lease on office space with the Native American Rights Fund. As a
result of this directive, Colorado Rural Legal Services was forced to
break this lease. The $6,000 will be used as a settlement for the break-
ing of this lease. If I may be of further assistance in this matter,
please do not hesitate to contact me.
Respectfully,
