Hello,
This is an old one. The applicant is proposing to move ahead with a 2,400 square foot outbuilding
that will exceed the lot coverage on a lot in Aristocrat. I see that I had prepared a Notice of Inquiry
form — but cannot find if I forwarded it back in the day.
Given that it is a Lot Coverage USR do you want to discuss with the applicant or you OK with
advancing this one?
