The Town will be securing (and paving for at Town's expense) an owner's policy of title insurance on the subject property, so we're going to have LTGC close the transaction. LTGC has requested the following I:as a Schedule B, Part I requirement): 1. CERTIFIED COPY OF RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF V'JELD COUNTY, COLORADO (AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY AND THE EXECUTION OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS) AND RECITING THAT THE BOARD HAS BEEN DULY AUTHORIZED IN THE PREMISES BY THE CORPORATION. SAID RESOLUTION MUST BE PROPERLY CERTIFIED BY AN OFFICER OF THE CORPORATION. SAID RESOLUTION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO AND APPROVED BY LAND TITLE GUARANTEE COMPANY BUT NEED NOT BE RECORDED.
