ORGANIZATION AND TAX LEVY FOR WESTERN HILLS FIRE PROTECTION DIS-
TRICT
TO: COUNTY ASSESSOR AND BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO
NOTICE is hereby given by Order of the Board of
Directors of Western Hills Fire Protection District, Weld
County, Colorado, that by Order and Decree of the District Court
in and for the County of Weld and State of Colorado, entered on
the 23rd day of May, 1974 , and filed in the office of the
County Clerk and Recorder of said County as Document No.
1637195, on May 23, 1974 and in the office of the County Assessor
of said County on May 23 , 1974 , said District has been duly
formed and organized under the Laws of the State of Colorado
relating thereto.
Notice is further given that said District, being now
authorized to levy taxes for District purposes , has heretofore
taken certain affirmative actions which will ultimately result
in the levying of ad valorem taxes on all the taxable property
in the District in the years 1974 and thereafter.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Board of Directors of Western
Hills Fire Protection District, Weld County, Colorado, has
caused this Notice to be given as of the 2i day of 4«y
