Heinz AIA Re: Seader Residence PEHARCH # 2022.12 Copy: Mike Seader Use by Special Review (USR) - Soil Report The current property owner (Jeffrey Futter) does not have a copy of the Soils Report and the future property owner would like to obtain a Soils Report after the USR has been approved. The future property owner would have us submit the Soils Report at the time of the building permit drawings. The current property owner provided us with original construction drawings (1975) for the home. Those drawings show that the home was founded on spread footings. It would be PEH ARCHITECTS assumption that the other existing shed structures on -site were founded with the same foundation system. The planned addition to the residence and the new shed structure will use spread footing foundations "conceptually" until the Soils Report is obtained. The final foundation design, based on the Soils Report findings, will be shown on the building permit drawings.
