RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF COMMISSIONER PERRY L. BUCK TO WORKFORCE
DEVELOPMENT BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Commissioner Perry L. Buck be appointed to
represent the Board of County Commissioners on the Workforce Development Board, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Buck to said board,
with her term commencing January 1, 2022, and ending December 31, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Commissioner Perry L. Buck, be, and hereby is, appointed to the
Workforce Development Board, with her term to expire December 31, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 17th day of January, A.D., 2022, nunc pro tunc January 1, 2022.
