GRANDVIEW HIGHLAND ESTATES SUBDIVISION
ADD ROAD TO COUNTY SYSTEM
NW'e: 34-2-68:
WHEREAS, the County Engineer has investigated the road within
the Grandview Highland Estates Subdivision, being a part of the Northwest
Quarter (NW4) of Section 34, Township 2 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P. M.,
Weld County, Colorado, and has recommended that said roads be accepted for
County maintenance; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the streets within the boundary of the Grandview
Highland Estates Subdivision as approved by resolution dated; September 13, 1967,
be and the same are now hereby accepted for maintenance; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said roads be added to the Weld County
Road System.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and

Gentlemen:
In reviewing Scotts Acres and Grandview Highland Estates, I find
that Grandview Highland Estates is ready for county acceptance.
Scotts Acres is another story. The subdivision roads were not
built as platted and, therefore, I cannot recommend acceptance
at this time.

Scotts Acres
At the request of the Board of County Commissioners, I have reviewed the
two subdivisions in question and find the following:
1. Grandview Highland Estates - These roads ;ere built
according to county specifications and acceptance
has been recommended.
2. Scotts Acres - These roads as built were acceptable.
However, a portion that was filed and platted was
not built. Therefore, acceptance is no recommended.
