Chris,
Typically, our Planning Commission reviews and provides advice on the
Town's recommendations to County referrals within our 3 -mile planning
area. I will provide them with this information and let them know we were
unable to provide official comments on this application, but it appears to
be a use more aligned with agricultural support, and not development.

maybe not as this site is located over 1 mile outside of your growth boundary as identified in

Sorry. I swore I sent a referral for this. But it is not showing up in our system. I have
attached the referral form, application and maps. I have also attached the link to the
additional documents via a word document.
This is scheduled for the Tuesday, July 12th Planning Commission Hearing and the
Wednesday, August 3rd Planning Commission Hearing.
