DEDICATION OF PERPETUAL RIGHT-OF-WAY
WESTRIDGE SUBDIVISION BEING A PART OF
THE (SE4) of SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 5 NORTH
RANGE 66 WEST OF THE 6th P. M., WELD COUNTY, COLORADO:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that it does hereby approve the dedication of the perpetual right-of-
way over the public roads, streets, highways and easements in behalf of the public
in Westridge Subdivision, a subdivision located in the Southeast Quarter of
Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 66 West of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado,
and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner (SE Cor) of said Section 16
and considering the South line of the Southeast Quarter (SEI)
of said Section 16 to bear North 90° 00' 00" West and with
all other bearings contained herein being relative thereto:
Thence North 90° 00' 00" West along the South line of the
Southeast Quarter (SE4) of said Section 16, 2,174.45 feet to
the Southwest Corner (SW Cor) of Westridge Subdivision as
filed and recorded in the Records of Weld County, Colorado;
Thence North 00° 00' 00" East along the West line of said
Westridge Subdivision, 663.71 feet to the Northwest Corner
(NW Cor) of said Westridge Subdivision; Thence North 90° 00'00"
East, 40.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; Thence North
00° 00'00" East, 396.16 feet;
Thence along the arc of a circular curve to the right whose
radius is 1,430.00 feet and whose long chord bears North
05° 00' 00" East, 249.27feet;
Thence North 10° 00' 00" East, 210.00 feet; Thence South
80° 00' 00" East, 60.00 feet; Thence South 10° 00' 00" West
210.00 feet; Thence along the arc of a circular curve to the
left whose radius is 1,370.00 feet and whose long chord bears
South 05° 00' 00" West, 238.81 feet; Thence South 00° 00' 00" West, 396.16
feet; Thence South 90° 00' 00" West, 60.00 feet to the True Point
of Beginning. Contains 1.171 Acres m/l.

BE IT. RESOLVED, that the accompanying plat is approved for filing
and the public roads, streets, highways and easements thereon shown are approved,
provided, however, that the County of Weld will not undertake maintenance of said
streets, roads, and right-of-way until they have been constructed by the subdivider
according to specifications and accepted by the County of Weld,
