I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated June 27, 2022, and duly published June 29, 2022,
in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted on August 3, 2022, with a quorum of the
following Commissioners being present at the hearing:

Weld County Assessor, Brenda Dones, summarized the property tax appeal process and
detailed the current market appraisal dynamics.

At the request of the property owners, Commissioner Buck moved. to Administratively Deny
various accounts and to approve the Stipulation Agreements for the various accounts, as
submitted by Assessor Dones on Exhibit "A" to the Final Determination Resolution. Seconded by
Commissioner Freeman, the motion carried unanimously.
Assessor Dones thanked the Board of Equalization for their consideration and made closing
remarks. The Board each, in -turn, expressed their gratitude to Assessor Dones and the
Assessor's Office Staff.
