ROAD-VIEW FRS' REPORT. To the Honorable Board of County Commissioners of-- Weld County, Colorado: GENTLEMEN: Your Viewers appointed on the - llth- - day of _. August._. 1917 to view a County Road prayed for in a certain petition presented to your honorable body on the above named day and date, a copy of which has been received by its, viz: Commencing at The Southeast corner of section 3, Township 11 North, Range 62 Vilest, thence West on the section line to the Southwest corner of section 6, Township 11 North, Range 63 West; also from the Southeast corner of section 6. Township 11 North, Range 62 West in a Northerly direction on the section line to the Colorado-Wyoming State line ; also from the North- east corner of section 6, Township 11 North, Range 62 West in an Easterly direction on the section line to the Northeast corner of section 4, Township 11 North, Range 62 West, connecting thereat with County Road No. 352. If the two miles of road prayed for on the township line between townships 11 and 12 is satisfactory to the most people, then the pro- posed road extending north from the Northeast corner of section 6, Township 11 North, Range 62 West to the Colorado-Wyoming State line is not wanted. It being understood that only one of the two roads so described is wanted. Respectfully submit the following report, to-wit: .Zfter receiving our authority to act, we met at the starting point of said proposed road, on the 20th--- -_.____day of - _August-,-__. -- _-191_7 - at the hour of 10 o'clock__Av., being the time and place specified in our appointment, and proceeded to view the road prayed for in said petition, as follows: We commenced at the starting point named in said petition, and ran from the southeast corner of section 3 , Township 11 North, Range 62 West , thence West on the section line to the Southwest corner of section 6, Township 11 North, Range 63 West; also from the Southeast corner of section 6, 'jbwnship 11 North , Range 62 West in a Northerly direction on the section line to the Colorado-Wyoming State lihe; also from the North-east corner of section 6, Township 11 North, Range 62 West in an Easterly direction on the section line to the Northeast corner of section 4, Township 11 North, Range 62 West, connecting thereat with County Road No. 352. the last named point being the terminus thereof, and the road as above laid out and viewed being over the most practicable route which we. in our judgment, can find. We found it necessary to make the following changes in the proposed route as prayed for, viz: lie the viewers herein recommend that only that part of road prayed for be granted as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of section 6, Township 11 North, Range 63 nest, thence East on section line to the Southeast corner of section 3, Township 11 North, Range 62 West. The remainder of road prayed for as described in petition we recommend be not granted.
