Dear Ron ,
In compliance with your request at our conference June 10 , 1974 ,
I am setting forth the conditions for final platting of the Indian-
head Subdivision located on Interladco ' s land one half mile east
of Kelim .
1 . Dedication of streets :
A. 100 ' for U . S. Highway 34 (additional ) .
B . County Road 15 - Reduce right-of-way from 50 ' to
30 ' and add on to adjacent lots .
C . Remove the 1 ' reservation strip on County' Road 15
and U . S . Highway 34 and replace it with a "No
Access" statement .
D . Cul -de-sacs must have a 65 ' radius rather than a
50 ' radius .
2. Resolve the flooding a drainage problems on Lots 20, 21 ,
and 22 in Block 3 .
3 . Provision for maintenance of sewer facilities , such as
Homeowners Association with powers of assessment or
covenants .
4 . Identify ditch easements on plat where missing .
5 . Identify and guarantee sewage treatment .
6 . Fire hydrant locations which would be so spaced to not
be further than 500 ' from any dwelling .

7 . Bond for road improvements , monuments and bridges as
shown by the attached estimation of $137 ,949 . 00 (method
of bonding to be determined by the Board of County
Commissioners ) .
There would be no other further requirements from the Planning Office
for final platting other than the Recorder ' s fee if the above items
could be resolved .
