CALL TO ORDER:
This meeting was held and recorded by Microsoft Teams. Mr. Shaps, Alera Group, called the
meeting to order at 10:12 a.m.
ELECTION OF BOARD CHAIR, VICE CHAIR
Per by-laws, a Chair and Vice Chair need to be elected. Mr. Rose nominated Ms. Pattelli as
Chair, Ms. Raimer seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. Ms. Raimer nominated Mr.
Lefebvre as Vice Chair, Mr. Rose seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.
WELD COUNTY 401K SAVINGS PLAN INVESTMENT POLICY STATEMENT DRAFT
(ATTACHMENT A) AND DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN OF THE COUNTY OF WELD
INVESTMENT POLICY STATEMENT DRAFT (ATTACHMENT B):
Mr. Shaps reviewed these two draft documents with the committee. There were several
questions discussed including changing performance monitoring metrics. Time will be given to
the committee to review and address any changes at a future meeting.
NEXT MEETING DATE:
Due to time constraints, not all items on agenda were discussed. Suggested to schedule a one -
hour meeting for the week of April 4th and another meeting at the beginning of May to go over
the Monitoring Report.
The next meeting date is April 5, 2022, at 9:30a.m.
ADJOURN:
Chair Pattelli adjourned the meeting at 11:00 a.m.
The above and foregoing minutes were presented for approval on the 11th day of July,
