ACCEPT QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM
GLEN T. LEWIS AND XOLA 0. LEWIS
COUNTY ROAD NO. 41:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the Quit Claim Deed presented by Glen T. Lewis and Xola 0. Lewis
dated August 27, 1970, be and it is hereby accepted, said parcel of land mom
particularly described as follows:
A strip of land Forty (40) feet in width off of all the entire
East side of the SE4NEI of Section 5, Township 4 North, Range
65 West of the 6th -P. M.,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said strip of land is given for road
purposes only, and whenever same ceases to be used for the purposes intended,
then and in that event said strip of land to revert to said parties of the
first part, their heirs or assigns.
The above and foregoing resolution wars, on motion duly made and
seconded, and passed by the following vote on ' cal
