Notice of Inquiry (NOI) submitted on 7/29/21
• Verbally responded to applicant that they intended to annex
• Applicant set up a meeting with COB on 812/21
COB stated the proposed use does not comply with the comprehensive plan and
should go in an industrial zone.
COB determined they would not pursue annexation because it would require
them to bring water and sewer with no benefit to the city.
COB recommended going through the county.

Well permit change application submitted on 12/15/21

we have been in the camping game for a long time and
Mountain View is hands down the best RV storage
place you will find Owners are awesome - I was
having an issue with my fridge and the owner
happened to be driving by and stopped to help me
diagnose the problem. You cant make that stuff up -
real doodle! real service 4

I could not be more impressed with the caliber of this
place, the people who run It, and even the customers_
I believe one attracts the other.
Chad steps up to the plate with his service, price and
quality of the facility.. but he is not a pushover and not
to he messed with_ This area is safe and people look
out for one another.
I rented 2 storage rows from MountaIn View storage
for over 2 years.
