RIGHT OF WAY DEED
I KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That we, JOHN LE ROY
«, KEYSER and SHARON J. KEYSER, of the County of Boulder and State of
Colorado, for the consideration of other valuable considerations and Ten
O Dollars, in hand paid, hereby sell and convey to WELD COUNTY, COLO-
RADO, the right of way for a public highway over and across the following

line of said NW4, a distance of 440 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence continuing north 89° 13' 00" east

4 a distance of 50 feet; thence south 89° 13' 00" west, a dis-

The consideration herein stated is in full compensation for all damages which
would be considered and assessed in any award or verdict in a proceeding
under the statutes of Colorado, to condemn said strip of land for a public
road.
