2. The arena would be used to generate enthusiasm for ag related events in the community
3. There is currently a Special Use Permit on the property for an Equine Training and Breeding Facility
which is in operation. I would like to amend this permit to include a rodeo and roping arena. The
previous owners did conduct events, and 1 mistakenly assumed that the events were in compliance with
the current USR.

Well #202169 serves the three residences.
A portable toilet will be acceptable because events will not occur more than 6 months per year.

The following is still needed for Environmental Health.
Please provide which well goes with each residence. Also address: As a portable toilet is stipulated for
events please indicate how this will comply with EH policy. If event will occur 6 months or less per year,
portable toilets are acceptable.
