TO THE 1-3 (HEAVY INDUSTRIAL) ZONE DISTRICT - J & K INVESTMENTS, LLC
A public hearing was conducted on March 23, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Scott K. James, Chair — EXCUSED
Commissioner Mike Freeman, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Perry L. Buck
Commissioner Steve Moreno
Commissioner Lori Saine — EXCUSED
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated January 27, 2022, and duly published
January 29, 2022, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request
of J & K Investments, LLC, for a Change of Zone, COZ21-0011, from the A (Agricultural) Zone
District to the 1-3 (Heavy Industrial) Zone District. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a
matter of record.
El Chris Gathman, Department of Planning Services, stated the applicant has requested a
continuance of this request, to a date when all five (5) Commissioners are present.
Tim Naylor, AGPROfessionals, represented the applicant and reiterated the request for a
continuance.
No public testimony was offered concerning the continuance.
Commissioner Moreno moved to continuance the request of J & K Investments, LLC, for a
Change of Zone, COZ21-0011, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the 1-3 (Heavy Industrial)
Zone District, to April 27, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., to allow all five (5) Board members to be present.
The motion was seconded by Commissioner Buck, and it carried unanimously. There being no
further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:05 a.m.
