Dear Mr. Morrell,
This is a request for a temporary revocable permit to expedite
construction of the Island Grove Park recreation building.
This permit would cover the public right-of-way for 16th Avenue north
of D Street and the alley in block 181.
It is our understanding that as soon as the ordinance vacating
the above mentioned alley and street is finally approved this
revocable permit will be null and void.
