Please be advised that on July 6, 2022, R M Hiner Construction Co Inc, whose address and telephone
number are 11 Austin Rd, Lamar, CO 81052-4301; (719) 688-3467, filed an application for a/an Acreage
Release Request (AR- 1) to M1977151, Greeley Pit, which is located approximately 0.5 miles North of
Greeley, Section 36, Township 6N, Range 66W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County.
Acreage Reduction request for 58.3 acres of unaffected area
The application decision is scheduled for September 5, 2022. Written comments or objections to the
application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Eric C. Scott at the Division of
Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303)
866-3567 x 8140.
Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the
application review process. The Division is required to provide a thirty (30) day period following a decision
on the release application to allow for appeals to its decision.
