Home My WebLink About740426.tiff RESOLUTION WHEREAS, pursuant to law, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, has been vested with the responsibility of admin- istering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, it is apparent to the Board that there is an urgent need for the installation and integration of an emergency communication system within Weld County, and WHEREAS, the Board is of the opinion that it would be in the best interest of the County to have a person knowledgeable relative to installa- tion and integration of an emergency communication system within the County, and WHEREAS, the name of Elmer H. Reynolds has been recom- mended to be a person knowledgeable in the field of emergency communi- cation systems, and that he be appointed by the Board as the interim director having to do with the complete installation and implementation of an emergency communication sustem within the County, and WHEREAS, the Board is satisfied that Mr. Elmer H. Reynolds is a person with vast experience and ability in the field of emergency communication systems. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Mr. Elmer H. Reynolds, be, and he hereby is appointed as interim director to do what is necessary in the fulfillment of any requirements having to do with the installation and implementation of an emergency communications system within Weld County; and that he serve at the pleasure of the Board. The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 4th day of December, A. D. , 1974.
