To Whom It May Concern:
Please allow this letter to serve as a letter of support from the Board of Weld County Commissioners for
the Weld County Sheriff's Office to join the Active Bystandardship for Law Enforcement (ABLE)
program.
The Weld County Sheriff's Office has the mission statement, "Providing effective public safety services
with honor and integrity," and the commissioners are proud to partner with helping our deputies to be the
best in the nation.
Being part of ABLE would assist our local agency to take part in the trainings that would continue
educating our deputies and continue to reach the high standard of accountability.
We appreciate your consideration for this program where together we can build and teach the best law
enforcement team in the nation.
