Please be advised that Fundare Resources Operating Company, LLC ("Fundare") has recently
assumed operatorship of Whiting Petroleum Corporation's ("Whiting") assets in the Denver-
Julesburg Basin in Colorado. Our records show that you have a royalty or working interest in these
assets. The purpose of this letter is to introduce you to Fundare and to inform you that you will
soon begin to receive revenue checks from us. We will not be mailing paper copies of the revenue
statements; instead, we will provide you with secure, 24 -hours a day online access to payment
information through EnergyLink. This service will be provided to you free of charge. To access
the site, please visit https:f/www.energylink.com-'. Your login infotination will be provided in a
separate mailing.
Please note that our minimum release of revenue is $100. Amounts less than $100 will be held in
suspense until the balance meets or exceeds that threshold.
We are pleased to offer ACH Direct Deposit for you to receive your royalty payments
electronically. Please complete the enclosed form to enroll, and submit it to Opportune LP, who is
providing these enrollment services on behalf of Fundare. Please allow at least 90 days to process
your request; during this 90 -day processing period, you will still receive paper checks. Given the
sensitivity of transferring ACH information, even if you were previously enrolled for ACH Direct
Deposit with whiting, you will need to re -enroll by completing the enclosed form and sending it
to the mailing address or email address below, along with a voided check. We are sorry for any
inconvenience.

inforrnation to Whiting, but we ask that you complete this form and return it to the above address
for our records. Please note that if we do not have your tax identification number on file, your
account may be subject to withholding.
