RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on Monday, April 12, 1971,
at 10:15 o'clock A. M. in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing a petition of the Fort
Lupton Development Corp. , Ft. Lupton, Colorado, requesting a change of
zone from "A" Agricultural District to "I" Industrial District, and
WHEREAS, the petitioner was present and represented by William
E. Deason of Ft. Lupton, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, there was no opposition to the change of zone, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the
testimony and statements of those present, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the
request of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld
County Planning Commission, and having been fully informed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, that the petition of the Fort Lupton Developement Corp.
for change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "I" Industrial District,
said area being more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in the North Half of the Southeast
Quarter (NZSE4) of Section Thirty-one (31), Township
Two (2) North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of the 6th P. M. ,
Weld County, Colorado, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the East Quarter Corner (Eli Cor) of said
Section 31, and considering the North line of the Southeast
Quarter (SEI) of said Section 31, to bear N 89° 57' 11"
W. and with all other bearings contained herein being
relative thereto: Thence N 89° 57' 11" W. along the
North line of SE+ of said Section 31, 916. 11 feet to the
point of beginning; thence S 000 02' 49" W. 458. 46 feet;
thence S 35° 50 ' 06" W. 871. 54 feet; thence N 54° 09'
54" W. 150. 00 feet; thence S 35° 50' 06" W. 300. 00

1. That any water and sanitation facilities to be installed shall
be approved by the State Health Department.
2. All applicable subdivision regulations and zoning regulations
shall be followed and complied with in accordance with the Zoning
Resolutions of Weld County, Colorado.
