Please note that effective November 1, 2021 Extraction, Axis, and 8 North became
subsidiaries of Civitas Resources, Inc. ("Civitas"). Although Extraction, Axis and 8 North will
continue to operate the well(s), any future payments and correspondence will come from
Civitas on behalf of the applicable operator.
Additionally, we are notifying you of an upcoming change in the way that Civitas will pay
proceeds from oil sales. This change will be consistent with the current payment of proceeds from
gas sales and applicable law. Under the new policy, Civitas will pay proceeds from the sale of oil
and/or gas production from any oil and/or gas wells that Extraction, Axis and 8 North operate: (1)
not later than six (6) months after the date of first sale, and (2) not later than sixty (60) days after
the end of the calendar month within which subsequent oil and/or gas production is sold.
The new policy will take effect for January 2022 production. This means that all owners
legally entitled to receive proceeds from subsequent sales of oil production will receive payment
for oil sold in January 2022 by the end of March 2022. Proceeds from subsequent gas sales will
continue to be paid within sixty (60) days after the end of the month in which the gas is sold.

Por favor tenga en cuenta que a partir del 1 de noviembre de 2021 Extraction, Axis y 8
North se convirtieron en filiales de Civitas Resources, Inc. ("Civitas"). Aunque Extraction,
Axis y 8 North seguiran operando los pozos, cualquier pago y correspondencia futuros
procederan de Civitas en nombre de la empresa operadora correspondiente.
Ademas, deseamos notificarle un proximo cambio en la forma en que Civitas pagara los
ingresos por las yentas de petroleo. Este cambio sera coherente con el pago actual de los ingresos
por las yentas de gas y la legislation aplicable. En virtud de la nueva politica, Civitas pagara los
ingresos por las yentas de la production de petroleo y/o gas de cualquier pozo de petroleo y/o
gas que exploten Extraction, Axis y 8 North, de la siguiente forma: (1) a mas tardar seis (6)
meses despues de la fecha de la primera yenta, y (2) a mas tardar sesenta (60) dias despues del
final del mes calendario en el que se venda la siguiente producciOn de petroleo y/o gas.
La nueva politica entrara en vigor a partir de la produccion de enero de 2022. Esto
significa que todos los propietarios con derecho a recibir ingresos por las yentas subsiguientes de
la producciOn de petroleo recibiran el pago por el petroleo vendido en enero de 2022, a finales de
marzo. Los ingresos por las yentas de gas subsiguientes se seguiran pagando dentro de los
sesenta (60) dias siguientes, al final del mes en el que se hayan producido dichas yentas de gas.
