Variance Request:
SP -2200296- 14009 CR 44- Platteville
Homeowner has to repair absorption bed between the property line and the outbuilding on the
property. They will maintain the 100 foot setback to the well and 10 foot setback to the
property line. The absorption bed will be approximately 6 feet from the outbuilding
Board of Health approved this variance with the following conditions:
We ask that the property line setback be maintained at 10 feet, as this variance is not noticed
to the public or adjacent property owners. The outbuilding is not a residence, we are okay
with a reduced setback to the outbuilding. An addition of a bed liner on the side of the bed
closest to the outbuilding.
A motion was made to approve with the above conditions. Tom Cope approved and Doug Printz
seconded the motion and the motion was carried unanimously.
