The property is a lot in a subdivision and the newly constructed 40X65 building SF will be utilized as a garage for the owners's vehicles and personal storage. There is also the family home on the property and the small shed approximately 18X20 SF. 2. The family residence does not have a garage. This building will be provided secure shelter for the family vehicles and storage of family goods 3. The subdivision lot was vacant and accessory structures were erected (new garage) prior to the principal use (my house) being constructed. 4. This lot is a part of a subdivision, in the block on which I line there are 8 lots. On my property I have my residence that is approximately 100 feet north of Nancy Avenue, behind my house is the garage approximately 16 feet to the rear property line. The third structure is a shed and its located in the northeast corner of the lot approximately 3 feet from rear property line and 7 feet from the east property line. Both the garage and my house are sited approximately 78 feet from the west property line. 5. This lot is a part of a subdivision in the block which I live there are 8 lots, 7 of the lots have a residence. The adjacent lot to the east is vacant, the adjacent lot to the west has a house, the adjacent lot on the north has a house, outbuildings and animals, the lot across the street to the south has a house and outbuildings. The constructed buildings on my property are most similar to the adjacent properties, each having a house or the ability to have a house and outbuildings, including a garage. 6. Traffic wise runs from 5:OOam-8:OOpm daily. 7. At the moment there are no one working at residence, because we are on violation. 8. At the moment the only one that occupies the property is my son with his family. 9. At the residence we have one dog and chickens. 10. There are no equipment at the location, we only bring a backhoe to the residence, when it snows to clear the drive way. 11. At the residence we have a garage in which we are in violation, in which will be used for personal use for vehicles and the shed that will be used for personal use also. We also plan on building a car porch 20X30 ft in the south side of the house for the cars. 12. N/A 13. At the moment we have our subdivision surrounded with galvanized panels in which is 6 ft high and at the moment the garage does not have any sliding doors because we are in violation. The lighting is running from the Northeast post of United Power and it runs southwest to a pole on the garage about 75ft. Then a cable is ran south to cable box of the house. 2. We plan on putting concrete inside of garage to park vehicles inside. The surface to enter to the garage will be dirt and inside the garage will concrete. 3. There was a soil report done for the home. In which Clayton included when applying for all the permits for the new home to be set.. 4. County Road 18, then head south on Woodruff Street and turn east on Nancy Avenue and the house is the third one on your right hand side 15819 Nacy Avenue. Or from County Road 18 heading east to Hart Street and take a right turn and head to Nancy Avenue and take a left and head to the second house on your left side 15819 Nancy Avenue 3. Describe the travel distribution along the routes (I.e. 5of traffic will come from the north, 20% from the south, 30% from the east, etc.). A. It ail depends but most likely traffic is equal on both directions, its about S0 on each. 4. Describe the time of the day that you expect the highest traffic volumes. A. Footings: The building was constructed on minimum of a six-inch (6") deep by sixteen -inch (76") diameter round footing(s) at each post location, typically' eight feet (8' 0 `) on center spacing. This spacing was expended to approximately fourteen feet (14'-0") at the bay door location at the south wall. A review of the finished placement shows this condition to have been met at the time of construction for all footing locations and specified sizes base on a minimum soil bearing pressure of 1,500 psi. The wood (treated) post was set to bear on this footing and "dead -man" blocks were installed at the bottom of the post for all locations. Support Framing and Posts consisted of a 6x6 (5.5" square nominal) DF-L No I or better pressure treated post spaced at a standard spacing of eight feet (S'41) on center with an enlarged distanct, of fourteen feet (l4' p") at the bay, door location on the south wall. All posts were placed to hear on the round footings as specified in the previous paragraph. The posts were notch at the top to allow a single. 7 1•q" thick by 9 `z'deep 2.10E LVL (microlam or equivalent) beam to bear. At any spaces between posts greater than eleven feet (11`-0") a second I V x 9 ? :_" 2.0E LVL is added behind the continuous LVL and attached to that continuous LVI. with three Rows of 16d nails spaced at 6 inches on center. The continuous beam (notched into post) was attached at each post with a minimum of two each, 3" diameter thru-bolts. Truss top chords are braced by 2x4 FIF No 2 puffins spaced at sixteen inches (16") on center with the bottom chords braced with the same material spaced at eight feet (S'-(1") on center. A minimum of two toenails were provided at each truss -beam connection. In reviewing all truss engineered component drawings (provided by BMC West), and, basing all analysis on the design ii ads listed below, All frame and truss assemblies/connections are adequate for this structure.
