To Whom It May Concern:
Noble Energy, Inc. ("Noble") is the current operator of the above -referenced well ("Well"). The purpose
of this letter ("Notice") is to inform you that Noble has undertaken an extensive review of the Well and has
determined that the Well will be plugged and abandoned consistent with an operator's obligation to protect public
health, safety and welfare as mandated by both the rules of the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission
and the standards of good and prudent operations ("P&A Operations").
The Well exhibits conditions which pose a high risk of an occurrence of significant environmental impacts
to air, water, soil, and/or biological resources. Accordingly, after considering the existing condition of the Well,
the wellbore and associated surface equipment, Noble has determined that plugging and abandoning the Well
is necessary and consistent with the obligations and standards described in the preceding paragraph.
Weld County, Colorado (# 477) as, Lessor, and Hannon & Associates, Inc., as Lessee, entered into an
Oil and Gas Lease, effective as of December 28, 2009, covering the lands applicable to the Well located in
Township 7 North, Range 63 West, 6th P.M. Section 15: SE/4. Pursuant to Paragraph # 15, Lessee shall notify
Lessor before commencing plug and abandon operations.
Weld County, Colorado (# 478) as, Lessor, and Hannon & Associates, Inc., as Lessee, entered into an
Oil and Gas Lease, effective as of December 28, 2009, covering the lands applicable to the Well located in
Township 7 North, Range 63 West, 6. P.M. Section 15: NE/4. Pursuant to Paragraph # 18, Lessee shall notify
Lessor before commencing plug and abandon operations.
Weld County, Colorado (# 475) as, Lessor, and Hannon & Associates, Inc., as Lessee, entered into an
Oil and Gas Lease, effective as of December 28, 2009, covering the lands applicable to the Well located in
Township 7 North, Range 63 West, 6. P.M. Section 15: SW/4. Pursuant to Paragraph # 18, Lessee shall notify
Lessor before commencing plug and abandon operations.
Weld County, Colorado (# 476) as, Lessor, and Hannon & Associates, Inc., as Lessee, entered into an
Oil and Gas Lease, effective as of December 28, 2009, covering the lands applicable to the Well located in
Township 7 North, Range 63 West, 6. P.M. Section 15: S/2NW/4. Pursuant to Paragraph # 18, Lessee shall
notify Lessor before commencing plug and abandon operations.

The Well will be plugged and abandoned on or after June, 2022. Please be aware that Noble estimates
that the complete P&A Operations, including, but not limited to, surface dismantling, plugging and abandonment,
and remediation will occur in multiple phases over a period of approximately 1-60 months.
