RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the people of Weld County, State of Colorado, are
saddened by the death of Joseph P. Skarda, Veterans Officer for Weld
County, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Skarda was a man of great integrity with an
extreme devotion and loyalty to his work and the patrons he served.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that by the death of
Joseph P. Skarda, Weld County has lost one of its outstanding citizens
and does hereby pay tribute to a man who has well served not only
Weld County but all of his fellow men,and does hereby extend heartfelt
sympathy to the members of his family.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following votes
