RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF PUBLIC HEALTH
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist, and the term for a certain position will soon expire,
on the Board of Public Health, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Tom Cope and Doug Printz to said board, as At -Large Representatives, both with terms to expire
May 23, 2025, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to reappoint Jeff Reck to said board,
reassigning him from an At -Large Member to the Advisory Board District 2 Position, with a term
to expire May 23, 2025.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, that Tom Cope, Doug Printz, and Jeff Reck, be, and hereby are,
appointed and reappointed to the Board of Public Health, all with terms to expire May 23, 2025.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 16th day of May, A.D., 2022.
