WHEREAS, Mayor Zo Hubbard has dedicated 16 years of service to the city of Fort Lupton-eight as the mayor and eight as
a councilmember; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Weld County Commissioners wishes to recognize her work as a public servant and to thank him for
her contributions to Fort Lupton and Weld County overall.
