Explain the proposed use and business name. a. To use for horses, saddles and storing hay. 2. Explain the need for the proposed use. a. To provide my horses housing. 3. Describe the current and previous use of the land. a. There are corrals for the horses now and previously it was open space. 4. Describe the proximity of the proposed use to residences. a. The stalls will be 10 feet away from the south line and 37 feet east of the garage. 5. Describe the surrounding land uses of the site and how the proposed use is compatible with them. a. This is my residential land and the proposed horst stalls are for my horses well- being. 6. State that no existing access is present or that no new access is proposed, if applicable. a. The main access to my lot is the entrance located on the north west corner of the lot. It is facing Higgins Avenue. About 5 blocks south of road 18 and 5 blocks north of road 16. This access is for personal use. 2. Describe any anticipated change(s) to an existing access, if applicable. a. There are no anticipated changes to be made to the existing access. 3. Describe in detail any existing or proposed access gate including its location. a. This is not applicable to the proposal. 4. Describe the location of all existing accesses on adjacent parcels and on parcels located on the opposite side of the road. Include the approximate distance each access is from an intersecting county road. a. The neighbor to my west, that access is off Harold Street facing west. It is approximately 200 feet away from my lot. It is 5 blocks south of road 18. There are two parcels north of my lot (both 5 blocks south of road 18 as well). The lot located on the corner sitting on Harold St. and Higgins Avenue is an empty lot currently. It has two accesses. One on the northwest off Harold Street (approximately 70 -80 feet away from my lot) and another access off Higgins Ave about 30-35 feet north away from my lot. The 2nd parcel sits northeast. The access to that lot sits off Higgins Avenue (southeast corner of the lot) and is approximately 200 feet away from my access. And last, the neighbor to my east, that lot has an access on the northwest corner off Higgins and is approximately 240 feet away from my access. 5. Describe any difficulties seeing oncoming traffic from an existing access and any anticipated difficulties seeing oncoming traffic from a proposed access. a. There are currently no difficulties seeing oncoming traffic from any direction (n, e, s, w) from the existing access. 6. Describe any horizontal curve (using terms like mild curve, sharp curve, reverse curve, etc.) in the vicinity of an existing or proposed access. a. This is not applicable as there are no existing curves in the vicinity. 7. Describe the topography (using terms like flat, slight hills, steep hills, etc.) of the road in the vicinity of an existing or proposed access. a.
