Commissioner Sanden offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, there has been filed with this Board a petition for the vacation and abandonment of certain roads described as follows: "Close all main roads running to and from inside of plat-mark 4 miles square on out side in Sections 25-24-13-12-11-10-9-16- 21-28-27 and 26, Township 5 N. Range 61 W,", and, WHEREAS, examination -discloses that there is lacking the requisite number of qualified petitioners for the opening of said road, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, thate. the petition for the vacation and abandonment of the said roads be and the same is hereby denied. i The motion was duly seconded and carried.
