Please accept this support letter on behalf of the Weld County Board of County Commissioners for the
Northern Colorado Continuum of Care's (NoCO CoC) application for GPL Technical Assistance to
Increase Regional Coordination of Homelessness Resources through Shared Data in Northern
Colorado.
The NoCO CoC spans Larimer and Weld counties to increase coordination of homelessness response
through shared priorities, data, and resources with the stated goal to functionally end homelessness. In
collaboration with regional municipalities and counties, they propose to create and implement an interactive
dashboard of homeless resources and data, with the goal of increasing jurisdictional and municipal
knowledge of and support for homeless resource coordination.
The time is right for this dashboard as no single entity can solve this problem alone. Regional level solutions
are required so all are collaborating towards prevention and rehousing our vulnerable populations.
We would welcome the GPL team working closely with city and county staff and stakeholders for 12
months, with the possibility to extend longer.
