M. , and running thence along section line between sections 26 and 35 said township and range to the N.W. corner of section 35, being of the distance of a mile ; thence South along section line between sections 34 and 35, said township and range , for a distance of 4 mile , and connecting with the present County Road running South from the last named point. We Recommend that upon the establishment of the highway above de- scribed that the following described highway or public road be vacated and abandoned:-- That:eertain road commencing at NE Corner of NW+ NW+ Sec. 35, T. 5N. , R.67 W; running thence south for a distance of 4 mile along + section line , and thence W + of a mile to the N.W. Corner of the SW+ of said section 35. Also that certain road commencing at the N.E. DeVINNY and S. A. BRADFIELD who constitute the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Weld in the State of Colorado , act- ing in this behalf as such Board of County Commissioners and in be- half of said Weld County, parties of the Second part; WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, does for himself, his heirs, executors and assigns covenant, promise and agree with the said parties of the second part, and their successors in office , that he will deed to them, the said parties of the second part or their successors in office a strip of land Thirty (30) feet in width off the entire West side of the West half of the Northwest Quarter of section 35, Tp. 5N. , Range 67 West and a strip Thirty (30) feet in width off the entire East side of the East Half of the N.E. section 34, Tp. 5N. , Range 67 West, providing that the said parties of the second part or their successors in office will approve and adopt a certain Road Viewers Report now on file with the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, and grant the road mentioned therein. GENTLEMEN:—We, the undersigned, Citizens of your County, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at the northeast corner of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 35, township 5, north, range 67 west 6 p.m. , and running thence along section line between sections 26 and 35 said township and rang to the northwest corner of section 35, being of the distance of a + mile ; thence south along section line between sections 34 and 35, said township and range, for a distance of + mile, and connecting with the present county road running south from the last named point.
