Bids were received and opened on March 22, 2022, for B2200062- Dell EMC
maintenance and support. Two (2) bids were received ranging from $302,042.00 to
$322,183.19. Attached is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Lewan Technology out of
Englewood, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $302,042.00 and meets the
needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2200062- Dell EMC
maintenance and support to Lewan Technology, for a total amount of $302,042.00.
