Gentlemen,
I began Public Trustee Duties on March 6, 1974. During the first period
or quarter and that part of March 6, 1974 to March 31, 1974 the Public
Trustee of Weld County Colorado handled the following transactions ,
217 Releases and Partial Releases of Deeds of Trust @ $3.00 --- $651.00
4 Foreclosure Sales , Withdrawals and or Redemptions $105.00
4 Foreclosure Sales turned over to me by Walt Bain $155.00
Total Amount for First Quarter $911.00
Less necessary and reasonable Clerk Hire, office rent, telephone and
other miscellaneous expenses incidental to the conduct of the Public
Trustee Office. $335. 92
Net Income for First Quarter 1974 $575.08
Limit by Statute for year $10,000.00, plus all necessary and
reasonable expenses of clerk hire and other expenses incidental
to conduct the office of Public Trustee.*

Gentlemen:
During January, February and through March 5,1974 the
Public Trustee of Weld County handled the following
transactions:
556 Releases and Partial Releases of Deeds of Trust @ $3.00 each - - - - $1,668
8 Foreclosure Sales, Withdrawals and or Redemptions
Total income thru March 5,1974 - -
Less necessary and reasonable Clerk hire, office rent, telephone
and other misceallonous incidental expenses for the conduct of
the Public Trustee Office - - - -$ 652.34
Net income thru March 5,1974 $ 1,270.66
It was my privilege and pleasure to serve Weld County, Colorado as Public Trustee
for four years beginning March 6,1970 and ending March 5, 1974.
Withe the efficient help of Mrs. Bette L. Loss, we attempted to operate a courteous,
efficient and effective office. We met many good people and received very good coop-
eration from the various offices of Weld County, especially the Clerk & Recorder's
office , the mimeograph office, the District Attorney's office, as well as the County
Commissioners office for budget and supplies.
