WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado,
enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado, to
comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the
Board of County Commissioners for recording Minor Subdivision No. 1055-7-4-MS-9
as provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado.
Said subdivision is more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land being in the Southeast Quarter (SE)) of Section 7,
Township 4 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado
and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner (SE Cor) of said Section 7 and
considering the South Line of said Section to bear North 88° 49' 25"
West and with all bearing herein relative thereto:

Mr. Ordelheide:
This is in reference to your request for water service to the SEk
of Section 7, Township 4 North, Range 65 West. We presently have
a tap serving a portion of the SEk. Tap No. 695 serves Mr. Steele.
The District has water mains on the east and south of the SEk.
Water service can be made available to the remainder of the SEk
providing all requirements of the District are satisfied. Total
water requirements must be determined before the District can deter-
mine if the existing mains are adequate.
If you have further questions, please advise.
