Re: Notice of Intent By Real Weld Metropolitan District to Undertake Activities to
Include Property and Provide Services
Dear Commissioners:
Our firm acts as general counsel to Real Weld Metropolitan District (the "District"),
Weld County, Colorado. On behalf of the District we are hereby providing you with a copy of a
notice (the "Notice") regarding the District's intent to include within its' boundaries certain real
property located in Section 29, Township 1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County
(generally located south of WCR 6 and east of Interstate 76), and to incorporate such property
into the District's Service Area pursuant to its Service Plan. The Notice will be published in the
Greeley Tribune on February 19, 2022.
This Notice is provided to the Weld County Board of County Commissioners (the
"Commission") pursuant to Section V(A)(4) of the District's Service Plan and § 32-1-207(3)(b),
C.R.S. If the Commission does not object to the inclusion of property into the District's
boundaries and the incorporation of such property in the District's Service Area as a material
departure from the District's service plan, then no specific action is necessary or required to be
taken by the Commission. Please contact me if you have any questions about the proposed
changes to the District's boundaries and Service Area.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO UNDERTAKE CERTAIN ACTIVITIES BY AND THROUGH
REAL WELD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 32-1-207(3)(b), C.R.S., that the Board of
Directors of Real Weld Metropolitan District (the "District"), Weld County, Colorado intends to
undertake certain actions to include within the District's boundaries certain real property located
in Section 29, Township 1 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County (generally
located south of WCR 6 and east of Interstate 76), and to incorporate such property into the
District's Service Area pursuant to its Service Plan. Such property inclusion will be subject to
this notice and the provisions of Section 32-1-401, C.R.S.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any action to enjoin the proposed inclusion of property or
provision of services thereto as a material departure from the District's Service Plan must be
brought within forty-five days from the publication of this notice.
