From there the Examiner created a chain of title for the subiect land and did a mineral breakout to determine the currentowner(s) of the minerals for the subject land. Also, the Examiner examined all of the Oil & Gas Leases that were executed against the subiect lands. With those Leases the Examiner researched the Oil & Gas Wells drilled on those lands or within a SQacing Unit throuc h� theCOGCC website to determine if any of the Leases were held by roduction. Once a Lease(s) was determined to be held by roduction the Examiner performed a Grantor/Grantee search of the Lessee and created a chain of title for the Lease that is held by production to determine the current owner/operator(s} of the Leasehold. The Examiner's initial search wasr)erformed on 2/2/2021 (indexed through 1/21/2021) and then was updated on 11 /18/2021 (indexed through 11/1212021). The Examiner also performed a search of the Weld County` Colorado Assessor's Office tax information to compare their information with the information that the Examiner gathered.
