Also, a demand note in the amount of $17,222.53 has been signed and given E CHALET WEST, to Weld County in lieu of bond in the amount of $18,802.48 as First Filing recommended by the Planning Commission. It was also recommended by - - _— Mr. Lorenson to shorten the time length to two years. This being acceptable with Mr. Rieker, the change was made. After some dis- cussion of drainage, a motion was made to accept this subdivision. Foster S. Schott Mr. Lorenson reported this request for acceptance of subdivision was all in order with necessary demand note in the amount of F" $11,750.00 on file. He recommended the time to be changed to NORTHWEST ESTATES, two years and a paragraph added to reflect re-negotiation of First Filing note at the end of two years, if necessary, due to construction costs. The subdivision was then to be accepted after the changes were made and the demand note signed by both partners. College Green, Inc. It was noted by Mr. Lorenson that the College Green, First Filing c/o Jake Pfleiger proposal was recommended unfavorably by the Planning Commission e to the Board of County Commissioners due to the fact that the ^— Plat does not meet the Planned Unit Development plan filed and COLLEGE GREEN, recorded. This does not show an entrance onto 47th Avenue. First Filing After discussion for and against this request, it was decided to meet at 11:00 A.M. the next day (2-15-72) on the subject property and see if some decision could be reached. E. R. Customer further agrees to the following special provisions: A. To provide satisfactory storage tank site on property if determined necessary by District within one year of this agreement. B. Make payment of advance tap fees to District when additional facilities are required to serve said property. C. See attached Supplemental Water Service Policy to District Rules and Regulations. 7. Customer further agrees to abide by the rates established and the rules and regulations of the District. Kelly Acting Director of Public Works City Buildings Greeley, Colorado 80631 Subject: Development of 35th Avenue South of by-pass Gentlemen: Reference is made to your letter of January 25, 1972 concerning the improvement of 35th Avenue South of 34 by-pass, and in particular the frontage of Chalet West P.U.D. The developers of Chalet West will in- stall a vertical curb and gutter section as outlined in the above ref- erenced letter, and in conformance with the City of Greeley standards as shown by specifications for improvements furnished by the City. Chalet West will seal the area between the installed curb and gutter and 35th Avenue, but will not pave or improve the area. Paving and improving will be done at a later date, and if done by the City, will be handled in accordance with ordinances in effect at that time for such improvements. Chalet West agrees to and has furnished a right-of-way 56 feet in width. If satisfactory, it is requested that a copy of this letter be signed and returned to the undersigned.
