Pickup with Service Body (Qty 1)

The Fleet Services Department has received information from Greiner Ford of Casper that the
two -ton 4x4 extended cab pickup with service body was ordered with the incorrect cab to axle
length. This would shorten the service body by two feet and limit needed parts and tool storage.
Due to significant price increases, Greiner Ford cannot reorder the cab chassis at the original
purchase order price. The
purchase order
for this
vehicle was issued by the Purchasing
Department on 07/28/2021
(P2200512) in the
amount
of $92,790.00
This was discussed at a work session on 11/08/22. Fleet Services recommends rescinding this bid
and that the purchase order be canceled. We will proceed with state bid or other government
competitive pricing to supply the remaining vehicle.
