RE: ACTION OF THE BOARD CONCERNING SECOND AMENDED PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT CHANGE OF ZONE, PUDZ22-0001, OF BEEBE DRAW FARMS AND
EQUESTRIAN CENTER PUD (AMZ-412) FOR E (ESTATE), C-1 (NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL), C-2 (GENERAL COMMERCIAL), C-3 (BUSINESS COMMERCIAL),
1-2 (MEDIUM INDUSTRIAL) AND A (AGRICULTURAL) ZONE DISTRICT USES,
INCLUDING GENERALLY DEFINED OPEN SPACE, RECREATIONAL USES,
COMMUNITY SERVICES, AND OIL AND GAS PRODUCTION FACILITIES - REI, LLC,
DBA INVESTORS, LLC, AND BEEBE DRAW FARMS AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public hearing on the 20th day of
April, 2022, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., in the Chambers of the Board for the purpose of hearing
the application of REI, LLC, dba Investors, LLC, and Beebe Draw Farms Authority, P.O. Box 156,
Red Feather Lakes, Colorado 80545, for a Second Amended Planned Unit Development Change
of Zone, PUDZ22-0001, of Beebe Draw Farms and Equestrian Center PUD (AMZ-412) for
E (Estate), C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial), C-2 (General Commercial), C-3 (Business
Commercial), 1-2 (Medium Industrial) and A (Agricultural) Zone District uses, including generally
defined open space, recreational uses, community services, and oil and gas production facilities
on the following described real estate, to -wit:
All of Section 17 and parts of Sections 3, 4 , 5, 8, 9,
10 and 15; all located in Township 3 North,
Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County,
Colorado
WHEREAS, the Board heard all of the testimony and statements of those present and
reviewed the request of the applicant and, having been fully informed, finds that this request be
approved and the matter should be continued to October 19, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., to allow the
case to be heard by the Planning Commission on October 4, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the abovementioned matter be, and hereby is, continued to October 19,
2022, at 10:00 a.m.
