IN THE MATTER OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, WELD
COUNTY, COLORADO, PURCHASING FOUR VACANT LOTS IN AULT,
COLORADO, TO BE USED FOR COUNTY PURPOSES, DISTRICT NO. 1.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, has determined that additional land is needed for county
purposes, for District No. 1 at Ault, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, certain property suitable for such purpose is available
and located adjacent to the present existing county shop facilities, District
No. 1 at Ault, Colorado, and consisting of four vacant lots, and
WHEREAS, the Board deeming it advisable and in the best interests
of the County, has entered into a contract with the Sellers for the purchase
of said lots for the total purchase price of $ 800.00 , and
WHEREAS, close proximity of these lots to the present county
shop facilities, District No. 1, at Ault, Colorado, makes it convenient
and desirable for needed expansion and therefore, it is in the best interests
of the County to purchase said property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, hereby affirms and ratifies the
purchase of said lots at Ault, Colorado, from O. A. Bunch and Elsie V.
Bunch; and that record title to said real estate be taken in the name of
the County of Weld, State of Colorado.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

WARRANTY DEED
TIES DEED, Made this , =r' `,;._ day of December, 1970, between
O. A. BUNCH and ELSIE V. BUNCH, of Weld County, Colorado, of the
first part, and WELD COUNTY, COLORADO, a municipal corporation,
at Greeley, Colorado, of the second part;
WITNESSETH:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of other valuable considerations and Ten and noll00ths
Dollars, to the said parties of the first part in hand paid by the said
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part, and its assigns, forever, all the following described
lots or parcels of land, situate, lying and being in the County of Weld
and State of Colorado, to-wit:
he South 52 feet of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, in Block 3,

Weld County, Colorado, fCcording to the recorded
'map or plat thereof.
TOGETHER with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and
reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof;
and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever
of the said parties of the first part either in law or equity, of, in and
to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurten-
ances. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises above bargained
and described, with appurtenances, unto the said parties of the second
part, for themselves, their heirs, executors and administrators, do
covenant, grant, bargain and agree to and with the said parties of the

second part, their heirs and assigns, that at the time of the ensealing
anddalivery of these presents we are well seized of the premises above
conveyed, as of good, sure, perfect, absolute and indefeasible estate
of inheritance, in law, in fee simple, and have good right, full power
and lawful authority to grant, bargain, sell and convey the same in
manner and form aforesaid, and that the same are free and clear from
all former and other grants, bargains, sales, liens, taxes, assessments
and incumbrances of whatever kind or nature soever, reservations,
exceptions, easements and restrictions of record; and subject to 1970
taxes due and payable in 1971, and the above premises, in the quiet
and peaceable possession of the said parties of the second part, their
heirs and assigns, against all and every person or persons lawfully
claiming or to claim the whole or any part thereof,' the said parties
of the first part shall and will WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND.

hereunto set their hands and seals the day and year first above written.
