Mr . Lorenson also stated that there was no Improvement Agreement needed because no public roads were being constructed and monuments ( survey) have already been installed . Showing 30 ' of right of way on the existing county road and not expanding it to 50 ' . This is going along with the proposed thoroughfare plan that if there is no reason to expand a county road adjacent to one of these sub- divisions , then we should no longer require the additional 20 ' . If the Planning Office goes ahead and pays for the advertising out of a set fee , then the Office would be able to iniate the advertisement and the Planning Commission could hear it one week and the County Commissioners could hear it the next week , thus speeding up the process procedure quite a bit . There are transformers on a couple of acres , but no fence . This is located in the SWq Section 23 , Township 1 North , Range 68 West . MOTION : By Mr .
