Weld County Office of Emergency Management (WCOEM) has completed our review of the
documentations provided for this SPR. Upon our review we noticed that an Emergency Action Plan (EAP)
will be required for this project.
A facility EAP template can be found on the Weld County Office of Emergency Management Website,
under the LEPC page or can be found by using the link below.

Once an EAP is completed for this project, please provide a copy to Dave Burns, Sr. Emergency

listed as candidate, proposed, threatened, or endangered.
